At our Cascades plant in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical: * Inspire the Electrical and Instrumentation team to achieve world-class safety and technical support. * Set strategic KPIs and ensure the mill's preventative and responsive E&I program. * Manage all responsive, predictive, and preventive maintenance workflows. * Mentor and coach team members on technical and troubleshooting practices. * Lead continuous improvement through work order documentation, failure analysis, and RCA processes.

You too, will put forward your strengths: * Ideal candidate will have 10 years of supervisory experience in an electrical manufacturing environment. * Proven experience managing teams with a focus on achieving goals. * Expertise in electrical safety practices and KPI management. * Strong background in troubleshooting and continuous improvement. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment with production and maintenance teams. * Dedication to fostering a positive work environment and promoting health and safety. * SAP-CMMS experience preferred
