Operations Leads pay attention to detail and are process driven. They help run department operations while assisting supervisors and managers. This includes the development and management of hourly associates. The successful candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing

  • Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

  • Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed

  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires

Targeted Experience:

  • 1+ year in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment, preferably in a leadership capacity

  • High school diploma

  • Cycle counting, inventory experience

  • Detailed oriented

  • Inventory Management Systems and/or Warehouse Management Systems

  • Problem Solver

  • Must be able to stand for most of the day

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
