Minimum requirements for the position are: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Radiophysics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience job offered (Senior Project Manager), Project Manager, Program Manager, Department Director/ Head of Department, Senior Business Analyst, Senior QA Engineer/ QA Manager, Testing Manager or Engineer, Senior QA Analyst, Senior Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Software Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Responsible for IT development projects.
• Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development and product architecture ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Coordinate and direct multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
• Oversee several large programs bringing identifiable business benefits to clients internally and externally.
• Manage timelines, communications, and cross-team deliverables for one or a set of areas.
