EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Senior Manager, People Programs in Newtown, PA 18940.
*Minimum requirements for the position are: *Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, International Relations, Communications, Management, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Manager, People Programs), Manager, People Programs, HR Manager, Lead People Programs Specialist, Project Coordinator, HR Specialist, or closely related occupation.
Duties:
- Develop and manage plans for Leadership Promotion and Leadership Assessment programs, including defining goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful program execution.
- Monitor and track Leadership Promotion and Leadership Assessment programs' progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure timely completion of programs milestones.
- Establish and maintain the programs' resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on the program's objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the programs' management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluate program outcomes and impact, conducting post-program assessments and capturing lessons learned for future improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
