EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Senior Functional Consultant in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.

Minimum requirements for the position are: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Business Management, or closely related discipline; plus 18 months of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Functional Consultant), Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Business Strategist, Key Tester, Testing Engineer, Associate Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Key Consultant, Developer, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Responsible for project planning within a large-scale functional area.
• Participate in business process and analytical solutions, and suggest the improvements based on the business domain requirements.
• Control a project plan to provide a holistic and full-function solution at all project stages.
• Responsible for technical solutions within the project scope.
• Offer practical experience in monitoring and work quality assurance within a certain functional area.
• Evaluate theoretical knowledge and practical skills and the seniority level of candidates and provide actionable feedback and recommendations on positions/projects matching.
• Create deliverables in good quality.
