Description:

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Scheduling Administrative Specialist to join our team!

The Scheduling Administrative Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate retrieval, processing, scanning, mini registration and creation of an encounter using faxed physician orders.

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Monday-Thursday 11am-7:30PM, Friday 9AM-5PM

Scheduling Administrative Specialist

  • Collects, organizes and scans patient and insurance correspondence, physician orders, and all other relevant documentation into Health Information System scanning software.

  • Completes mini registration on all received ordersreceived orders

  • Assists with scheduling and collection of out-of-pocket payments as needed.​

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalency (required)

  • 2 Years College/associate degree (preferred)

  • 2-4 years' experience required

  • Previous experience within radiology scheduling (preferred)
