Minimum requirements for the position are: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 5 years of employment experience in the job offered (Delivery Manager), Project Manager, Program Manager, Software Engineering Team Lead, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Developer, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S..

Duties:

• Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development and product architecture ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Coordinate and lead projects execution, create detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the implementation of technical activities.
• Analyze technology and resource needs and market demand.
• Assess and decide the feasibility of projects, modify the course of action if needed.
• Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
• Participate in the assessment committees of developers, leads and managers in their primary technology domain.
