Pediatric Palliative/Hospice Nurse (32 hours - 4 days/week)

Community based, mission-driven hospice seeks a Pediatric Palliative Care Nurse to join its expanding clinical team. Care is provided in patient’s private homes throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.

Job Responsibilities :

The Pedi Pal Nurse participates as a member of the Good Shepherd Pedi Pal interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans (POTs) for all patients, including visit frequencies and interventions/goals based on patient acuity and needs. This is a 32 hours position

Education, Skills and Experience :

  • Registered nurse, licensed in Massachusetts

  • Extensive pediatric experience and a minimum of one year experience in community health, pediatric palliative care, oncology or related field.
