Job Title: Water EngineerJob Description

As a Water Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing capital improvement projects and existing system improvements, which includes engineering, planning, design, construction, inspection, and economic analysis. You will oversee construction standards, design standards, and non-operation-related regulatory compliance efforts. Your role also involves coordinating and reviewing technical analysis and research of water system design using computer simulations and hydraulic modeling techniques. Additionally, you will manage both drinking water and wastewater projects, monitor and supervise engineering of water system expansions, and establish a program of water distribution system hydraulic analysis.
