Description and Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks as required for General Contractor specializing in industrial construction and renovation. Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Read and comprehend engineered sketches and drawings.
• Building, setting, and wall construction.
• Building remodeling and refurbishment.
• Miscellaneous carpentry.
• Cabinet and Appliance Installation.
• Interior and exterior trim work.
• Drywall hanging and taping.
• Erect and/or dismantles structures.
• Repair or refinish walls and structures.

Job requirements and qualifications:

• 5-10 years of direct carpentry experience.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
• Ability to kneel for long periods.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered sketches and drawings.
