Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our hotel maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for color identification and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance calls, performing patch work, and handling trim and drywall tasks.

Skills and Requirements

Identify and match paint colors accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Respond promptly to maintenance calls and requests.

Perform patch work on walls and surfaces.

Apply paint to trim and other detailed areas.

Handle drywall repairs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and color matching skills.

Ability to work efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace.

Experience with trim work and drywall installation/repair.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Hotel experience null
