The Maintenance Manager manages and directs the daily maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant. • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and systems within the facility.

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to avoid production delays.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and other skilled trades.

• Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the maintenance processes and equipment.
