Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/1/25 -12/1/25.

We are a small row crop farming operation. We primarily grow corn, soybeans and rice. Our equipment consists of John Deere. We use grain bins for storage facility for crops and trucks to haul to elevators. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; inform farm managers of plants or crops progress; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; operate self-propelled machinery; position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, and electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc., planters, self-propelled machinery, semi-trucks, skid steers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce corn, rice, soybeans, trees. Must speak and understand English.
