Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hour Schedule: 1st Shift

Duties: The Metal Finisher cleans, polishes, and finishes metal parts. The job requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean metal parts, removing defects.
• Use tools (grinders, sanders, buffers) to smooth and polish surfaces.
• Apply coatings and paints as required.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of metal finishing experience.
• Skilled in polishing, deburring, and using finishing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty environment.
