Save The Michaels of the World (STMOTW) Proud Winner of the National Safety Council Green Cross Safety Advocate of the Year Award has an excellent opportunity for an appropriately skilled individual. As a highly successful organization for the past thirteen years we have expanded our footprint into residential reintegration to aid people with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, responsible, dedicated full time Residential Program Manager for our new Newfane NY location.

Our mission at STMOTW is to provide high quality person-centered, compassionate, trauma informed care and recovery peer support to those affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders from the Niagara County area.

The Residential Program Director will be in charge of a 12 bed all Male reintegration program that is housed in a newly remodeled and modern facility. The Residential Program Director will be responsible for all aspects of STMOTW's Residential Reintegration Center including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, utilization review, house management, staff training, and community relations, along with ensuring that the program is operating in compliance with OASAS (820), DOH, Niagara County and other regulatory requirements.
