RN Educator - Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, Oregon
This position covers the education needs for all units at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is NOT a virtual (remote) position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with variable day shift hours.
$8,000 hiring bonus and relocation aid for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Clinical Nurse Educator fosters a climate of life-long learning, promotes organizational values, supports creative and critical thinking and a climate that facilitates change, open communication, adult learning, collaborative relationships, and professional growth. The Clinical Nurse Educator develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and work force development of staff within the Department of Nursing.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
5 years current clinical and/or educational experience in Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. Applicants who are currently enrolled in a graduate program will be considered with an agreement to complete graduate degree within two years
