Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio or Weston, FL; 2 days remote. This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Develop, automate and conduct quality test scripts and processes in conjunction with system architecture and data flow Identification of system architecture and/or data flow diagram changes based on software updates or as a result of testing Make recommendations for resolution of defects Create, review, and refine user experience documents Maintain working knowledge of solutions and standards Complete software audits Document testing protocols Assure accuracy of solutions prior to release to production Complete professional development to ensure test strategies are current Troubleshoot solution testing failures Responsible for providing after-hours support as needed Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field or combination of work experience preferred 2+ years' experience in IT with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML preferred TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. There is an on-call schedule rotation in place for after-hours support. Minimal travel is expected. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
