Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals for flexible packaging materials.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with global and local suppliers, ensuring optimal supply chain performance and negotiating key contracts.

• Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends and implement pricing strategies to drive cost savings while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.

• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives and ensure smooth cross-functional cooperation.

• Travel: Conduct vendor visits and attend meetings at headquarters in Chicago, requiring approximately 20% domestic travel monthly.
