ABOUT YOU

  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity – you can identify and act upon an opportunity or problem without explicit instructions and respond comfortably to changing priorities

  • You have an insatiable appetite for understanding your customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs, sewing the details and tying them back to the big picture

  • You love to multi-task and can manage multiple projects with different owners efficiently and effectively

  • You are a strong analytical thinker, always curious, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude

  • You have experience or interest in technology and/or media sectors (audio content is a plus)

As a Product Management Intern, you will...

  • Collaborate with and influence world-class product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers and other partner stakeholders - providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for customer-centric product launches and improvements

  • Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria

  • Define/refine positioning, customer experience, messaging and/or content strategy for products leveraging on-site experimentation and testing

  • Work with other business partners to perform deep data driven analysis of businesses to surface actionable insights

  • Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse range of cultures

  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate success for new functionality, or to more deeply understand user behavior in order to iterate towards a successful test
