| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate for NJMS-Pharmacology. The research of the Zhang lab is aimed to identify functional neural circuits in the regulation of motivated behaviors especially social and feeding. To do this, the laboratory uses a combination of novel transgenic mouse lines, optogenetics, chemogenetics, brain slice patch-clamp recording, in vivo fiber photometry and single-cell miniscope imaging, molecular techniques, and mouse models of brain disorders. Under direction of the Principal Investigator, the individual will be responsible for planning and executing experiments independently.
