This position will play a pivotal role in expanding our revenue by cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and collaborating closely with sales and client success teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cyber security solutions, an ability to drive business growth, and a knack for fostering client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through targeted upsell initiatives. Analyze client usage patterns, identify growth opportunities, and drive initiatives to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop and execute strategies that align with client needs and company objectives. Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams to maximize upsell opportunities.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Upsell Team. Regularly review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cyber security threats to provide valuable insights and recommendations for upsell strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the Upsell Team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a sales or client management role, with a track record of success in upselling or business development, preferably within the cyber security or technology sectors.
  • Considerable experience driving SaaS cyber security sales via VAR and managed service partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cyber Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security products and services, and how they address client needs and industry challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and data analytics tools to drive decision-making and measure performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
