Director, Tech Lead (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Design the overall technological architecture to integrate multiple internal and external systems with Workday HRIS/HCMS and rest of HR Tech ecosystem (Talent Marketplace, Data lake, etc.). Foster an Agile environment: Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless user experiences and provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities. Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Collaborate with global technology partners, architects, chief product owner, product owners and team members to drive outcomes. Guide teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment, and help to interpret technology strategy into consumable units of work deployed to the teams. Identify processes creating tech debt and re-engineer them by building automation to reduce cost and execution time. Work closely with outsourced/3rd-party AMS support providers and hold them accountable excellent service delivery. Enable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer (employee experience) delight. Research Workday integrated applications and tools in response to business needs. Employ industry best practices to deliver world class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards.
