Are you a highly motivated individual? Corporate Treasury has an opportunity for a Director to join the Cash Operations and Governance function. This role will drive the continued implementation and optimization of our new treasury and payment system, Kyriba, and serve as the central contact for application governance. In addition, the position will be responsible for management of production support activities for cash management and payment activities. This position will work closely with internal business partners to prioritize requirements for money in/out and treasury management capabilities. The Director will also provide program management across all projects in this space and support maintenance and modernization of specific treasury processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of bank cash management products & operations, money in/out methods and regulations, rails & technology, project management and data analytics.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Application Governance: Provide a holistic view of cash management and payment modules across Kyriba. Develop strategic roadmap to continued adoption and evolution of treasury capabilities. Partner with internal stakeholders and Global Technology to prioritize enhancements.
Production Support: Serve as a Treasury liaison to ensure operational effectiveness cash management and payment processes. This includes, but is not limited to, management of core data and daily payment monitoring and issue escalation. Coordination with Global Technology and banking partners to enable functionality and resolve issues.
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Kyriba. Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution. Establish procedures to monitor vendor performance, adherence to SLAs, and contract compliance.
People Management: Lead, coach and develop a high performing team while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion
What youll need:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Thorough knowledge of banking and cash management products and practices
Proficient in current and emerging regulations and technologies related to cash and payments
Solid understanding of Kyriba Cash Management and Payment capabilities
10 years experience in Treasury, Compliance, Audit or Risk Management
Itd be a plus if you had:
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP/CCM)
Demonstrates skills, knowledge and understanding of insurance, products, and services
Knowledge of vendor management best practices
