WebMD LLC Associate Producer in Newark, New Jersey
Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers. - Leverage data and analytics on both audience and performance to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Working with other producers, editors, marketers, and designers to conceive and create packages and supporting content
- Use AI to ideate and as an integral part of your content creation toolkit
- Work across teams in all geographies
- Create, assign, and edit pieces for accuracy, readability, and audience segment alignment
- Execute new editorial programs as outlined by senior editorial leadership
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years of marketing or agency experience
- 5-7 years of experience as a digital editor in branded or other content; experience in health content for a professional audience is ideal
- Proven ability using AI to create content
- Proven ability to manage geographically diverse teams
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail; superior organizational skills
- Comfort working on deadline in a virtual environment
- Experience with content management systems and project management systems (Workfront) preferred but not required
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus
