What you will do
PGIM Finance currently has an opening for an associate manager on the Treasury - Capital and Strategy team. The successful candidate will contribute to a team that manages PGIMs balance sheet usage including compiling strategic presentations to management, supporting external debt facilities and help track and fund hedge settlements. Due to the multi-manager structure of PGIM the position will require strong collaboration across multiple businesses and functions and will require strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business.
What you can expect
Partner with finance teams across PGIM to analyze and compile quarterly presentations to the PGIM Investment Committee on AOI, capital activity fundraising and hedging
Compile strategic deep dive presentations to management on various topics related to the PGIM seed and co-investment portfolio
Play an integral role in PGIMs management of strategic debt allocated between several business and investments. The successful candidate will provide strategic insight regarding debt capacity based on Prudentials internal capital framework
Assist with managing a collateralize credit facility
Partner with legal, risk and corporate treasury on board approval and due diligence requests
Assist accounting teams with Agreed Upon Procedure (AUP) related to the external credit facility
Manage settlement and funding for hedge activity across PGIMs seed portfolio
Assist with domestic and foreign cash activity
Support ad-hoc presentations for management regarding payout ratios, balance sheet usage and debt financing
Assist in the analysis of strategic projects, including M&A transactions
What you will bring
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline required
4 years proven track record working in financial services, exhibiting both business and financial acumen supported by superior analytical abilities; prior experience in Asset Management is a plus
Proactive self-starter with a roll up your sleeves, lead by example style, and the ability to shift gears when necessary and work autonomously
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and presenting financial presentations
Must have strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated capability to partner
Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $115,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
