The Supply Chain Specialist is accountable for the formal planning and execution of all executional level processes required to secure and manage packaging materials based on a forward-looking production plan. This includes scheduling and managing delivery, storage, staging, and movement of materials. Responsible to create and maintain plans for the acquisition of parts and materials confirm resource availability.

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do: ​

• Accountable for supply planning execution and coordination

• Identify and resolve conflicts with supply and demand and available capacity

• Works cross-functionally to ensure reliable supply in Poro/Politex given numerous constraints

• Participates in regular supply chain meetings to provide up-to-date material information and inventory dispositions.

• Leads open order discussions with key internal stakeholders.

• Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and developing knowledge of related job disciplines.

• Works independently with minimal to moderate guidance.

• Analyzes potential solutions to problems (with or without vague/unstructured aspects) using experience, judgment and precedents.

• Work requires judgment and consideration of future implications beyond the immediate problem.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office – especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with SAP ERP system

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible, positive working attitude and self-motivative, being able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• APICs CPIM certification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field in Poro

• Experience with Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) interface
