MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Seeking Mechanical Engineer to work with a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) company specializing in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Chemical projects.

The Mechanical Engineer will perform engineering and design, calculations, writing specifications, scope of work, sizing mechanical equipment 

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer includes

• Design, specification, selection and supplier coordination of mechanical systems found in a refinery or chemical plant.   Mechanical equipment includes heat exchangers, pressure vessels, conveyors, hoppers, bins, silos and rotating equipment.
• Work with team to develop and prepare cost estimates, specifications, project schedules and production design deliverables.
• Ensure completed design is functional, maintainable and designed with safety according to codes and dstandards.

Skills:

• 5-15+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer, PE is a plus
