Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Field Survey Coordinator with 7 or more years of experience for our Newark, Delaware office. The individual in this role will manage survey crews and internal staff to coordinate accurate and timely completion of surveys for land development projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervises multiple survey crews and internal survey staff
Coordinates with engineers, office survey technicians and contractors with regard to topographic, boundary and construction surveys
Reviews and ensures quality and accurate survey data
Qualifications:
Typically requires at least seven (7) years of experience conducting land development surveys including experience as a crew chief
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Excellent written and oral communication skills
