US Tech Solutions Business Continuity Analyst in Newark, Delaware
The business Continuity Analyst will work in coordination with the Business Continuity Manager to support the enterprise-wide Crisis Management and Business Continuity program.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Continuity Manager in conducting Walkthrough exercises of all Business Continuity plans, including Business Impact Analyses and Business Resumption Plan reviews
Ensure that Business Impact Analysis results are properly documented and communicated
Assess Third-Party vendors and their ability to recover and resume services within the contractually acceptable timeframe and in accordance with established Recovery Time Objective’s and Recovery Point Objectives for the associated business process(es)
Develop, revise, and maintain program-related documentation including training materials, policies, and procedures
Support in the development and execution of business continuity exercises
Provide administrative support to Crisis Response teams as needed and directed
Skills & Qualifications:
College Degree or other related field and/or equivalent work experience
Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management experience
Working knowledge of Business Impact Analysis and Business Resumption Plan development and management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
