Neuberger Berman Wealth Planning Analyst in New York, New York

Summary

We are seeking a Junior Wealth Planning Analyst to support our robust growth in the NBPW Wealth Planning Group. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the generation and delivery of client financial plans, building client profiles within eMoney, and managing the eMoney client portal. This role requires an effective communicator, a team player, and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Input client data into eMoney financial planning software to develop comprehensive Wealth Planning Analyses.

  • Project Management: Lead ad-hoc projects within the Wealth Planning Group.

  • Support: Serve as the first level of support for our wealth advisors and portfolio managers.

  • Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions within the eMoney software.

Qualifications

  • Financial and Quantitative Skills: Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative abilities.

  • Communication Skills: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing data.

  • Problem-Solving: Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience or a finance-related internship is preferred.

  • Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred or in progress.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
