Join the global financial giant, JPMorgan Chase & Co, in our Asset & Wealth Management division, a leader in providing comprehensive financial services to a diverse clientele. As part of the Investment Solutions team, you'll manage the onboarding and handling of traditional investments across our U.S. Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and J.P. Morgan Advisors investment platforms. You'll also cultivate relationships with a range of investment management firms, promoting strategic initiatives to ensure our platforms and product suites remain competitive and evolve with the industry and regulatory landscape.

Our Team

As a Wealth Management Solutions, Product Development, Associate within our Investment Solutions team, you will be responsible for the onboarding and management of traditional investments. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated teams of Advisors and specialists to help our clients achieve their financial aspirations. You will also have the opportunity to promote strategic initiatives, ensuring our platforms and product suites are continually competitive and evolving with the industry and regulatory landscape. This role offers you the chance to engage with numerous partners across the asset management industry, fostering relationships and contributing to the growth and success of our global business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process for making new investment products available across multiple US platforms, including negotiating commercial terms and partnering with Legal to review and execute agreements with investment managers.

  • Offer subject matter expertise to internal business partners related to traditional managed investment solutions (including mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs), as well as the evolving industry and regulatory landscape.

  • Contribute to and/or lead initiatives to comply with regulatory standards and/or business guidelines, including partnering with internal corporate partners to address any gaps and drive change.

  • Engagement with numerous externs; partners across the asset management industry.

  • Represent investment capabilities and structures in order to serve as a subject matter expert for traditional managed investment solutions.

  • Educate and advise on product-specific information including availability, commercial terms, and competitive insight.

  • Establish and foster relationships with third party investment managers and relevant counterparties.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or other similar financial services experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), diligent multi-tasking abilities, high-level of structure and organization, and attention to detail are essential

  • Ability to assess risks, foresee implications, challenge the status quo, and ask thought-provoking questions

  • Propensity to motivate business partners to build consensus, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion

  • Demonstrated ability to make interpersonal connections, foster relationships, and effectively partner with all levels of an organization, from senior management to process participants

  • Proficiency with core MS Office applications (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, as well as product management / development experience is a plus

  • Experience working with legal agreements is a plus

  • Knowledge of programming language tool (e.g. Python) is an advantage
