JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, Product Management and Governance Lead, Vice President in New York, New York

As the Product Management and Governance Lead, you will be an integral part of the Global Private Bank (GPB) Chief Product Office team, reporting directly to the Wealth Management (WM) Solutions Head of Product. You will oversee the coordination, communication, and strategic management of approximately 18 product teams across Solutions. This role requires a self-starter who excels in building relationships, driving work and change through influence, and learning quickly. You will need to wear multiple hats, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solutions Product Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary contact on all aspects of the Solutions suite of product capabilities and the supporting infrastructure.

  • Identify and escalate challenges, constraints, and emergent dependencies.

  • Product Strategy:

  • Work with stakeholders to provide a cohesive, strategic direction for the ongoing development of products across Lending, Banking, Mortgages, Trusts & Estates, Annuities & Insurance, Brokerage, Alternatives, Donor Advised Funds, Managed Accounts, ESG Research and Investment Portfolio Management & Governance.

  • Identify common themes (e.g., doc storage, data extraction, AI / LLM) and applicable use cases across products/capabilities to develop a consistent cross-GPB approach (i.e., build once, use many times).

  • Partner with Product Owners to define and communicate the impact of initiatives to Global Private Bank leadership.

  • Product Governance:

  • Partner closely with Product Owners and Area Product Owners to develop OKRs and deliverables as well as track milestones.

  • Ensure product capabilities are delivered in a cohesive manner and monitor milestones/key dependencies to escalate for potential remediation and/or re-prioritization.

  • Partner with the Product Office and Business Management to ensure consistency of OKRs, reporting, and other areas of underlying data used for budgeting purposes.

  • Cross LOB Partnership Management:

  • Act as a liaison for stakeholders across the LOBs for which Solutions delivers products (e.g., US Private Bank , International Private Bank, JPM Wealth Management, Chase).

  • Influence decision-making across Solutions and GPB leadership regarding prioritization of product development, budget, and headcount.

  • Work closely with the Digital & Ops product teams to ensure connectivity and execution of critical product capabilities and features.

  • Work closely with the Solutions Design Lead to prioritize resources as appropriate.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Ability to think holistically and develop a cohesive strategy and drive change.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across levels of seniority.

  • Knows how to break up problems to smaller chunks and works with stakeholders to develop logical solutions. Also, ability to simplify the complex to make it easier for others to grasp
