JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management Advisory Solutions, Vice President - New Advisory Investment Capabilities in New York, New York

We are looking to add a VP, New Advisory Investment Capabilities to Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. Wealth Management Advisory Solutions (WMAS) is responsible for the management and/or implementation for close to $1trillion of assets across various lines of business and programs, including Chase Wealth and the Private Bank. As we look to scale our wealth advisory business and grow the assets under management, it is critical to transform and innovate the capabilities we are able to offer and support, achieving greater efficiency, reducing risks and ultimately delivering greater value add services to advisors and clients. The individual who steps into this role will work with WMAS Leadership to build new capabilities for the future by developing and executing a roadmap to deliver clear outcomes. The individual will work closely with the WMAS Chief Commercial Officer and Head of New Advisory Investment Capabilities to manage multiple transformation and renovation projects across the team.

Job Summary

As a Vice President - New Advisory Investment Capabilities within Wealth Management Advisory Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our capabilities. You will work closely with the WMAS Leadership to develop and execute a roadmap for the future, managing multiple transformation and renovation projects. Your role will require a deep understanding of our strategic goals, a skillful approach to managing complex, multi-team workstreams, and a passion for pursuing radical improvements. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategy and vision to building platform for the future

  • Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap

  • Develop the new capabilities roadmap in concert with WMAS Leadership

  • Create and Project Manage Strategic Plan

  • Create granular project plan with clear milestones, key deliverables and success metrics

  • Execute project plan across multiple teams; day to day project management of strategic plan

  • Track the key success metrics across the transformation plan.

  • Execute the Go-To-Market Plan for New Capabilities

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial services; wealth management or investments organizations

  • 4+ years of experience in complex project management, transformation projects, technology applications, or equivalent expertise

  • Ability to synthesize information to formulate a message for Senior Management

  • Prior experience creating high quality presentations used for executive level management communication and transparency into program strategy and progress

  • Understands broad-ranging information and new concepts quickly and able to distil into key points

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Interpersonal skills including ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
