A highly innovative healthcare organization is currently seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will leverage a strong analytics foundation to identify best practices and areas for improvement, and partner with company leaders to implement recommendations.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Creating practice financial analytical models

• Maintaining detailed business mix models and reports

• Developing financial strategies to supports organization’s objectives

• Delivering accurate financial forecasting and supporting annual budgeting process

• Tracking financial performance and providing executive team with necessary analysis for decision-making

• Developing KPIs to measure financial efficiency

• Managing ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience

• CPA or MBA preferred

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Banking or consulting experience preferred
