Description

Our client, a rapidly growing, innovative Education organization, is currently seeking a VP of Finance & Accounting to lead the financial operations and align all financial activities with strategic goals. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will ensure fiscal health, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Key tasks include financial oversight, such as cash and accounting management, and strategic planning. You will also have the opportunity to lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Furthermore, you will collaborate across functions, from operations to marketing, facilitating financial integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• CPA or MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience

• Foundation in Accounting

• Ability to scale financial operations in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

• Strong communication skills
