About the team

FIS' Banking Solutions segment serves community, regional, and global banks, credit unions and commercial lenders, government institutions, corporations, and more. Its solutions allow our clients to borrow, save, pay and invest, and they range across core processing, digital channels, card and loyalty, fraud and risk management, small business and corporate treasury, wealth and retirement, back office, and more.

The Cards & Money Movement division within Banking Solutions, is a global business with a focus on Credit, Debit, Pre-Paid, Loyalty, Fraud and Bank to Bank payments, supporting a marquee set of international financial institution clients. This business is growing rapidly in the market and is deemed as a critical component of the FIS ecosystem with senior leadership support to provide market leading capabilities to our clients.

What you will be doing

As the VP Head of Products & Solutions, Enterprise Payments, you will manage FIS' Money Movement solutions in North America which includes Wires, ACH, Payment Origination and Real-time Payments. You will lead a team of Product professionals, focused on supporting our financial institution clients in this key business area for FIS.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in growing our Enterprise Payments business in North America, reporting to the SVP Group Executive.

Key responsibilities include:
* You will be the owner of products & solutions within the enterprise payments business in North America, with responsibility for the strategy, development and feature releases, as well as ensuring that the solutions operate at the highest levels of service quality
* Owner of the product roadmap, with an understanding of how new offerings and enhancements will impact financials and be received in the market
* You will be the PnL owner for the Money Movement products in the region, with responsibility for meeting and exceeding the company's financial goals
* You will work across the aisle at FIS, setting priorities with the development team, working closely with the professional services organisation, and interlink with services, sales, and commercial teams such as pricing, legal and finance
* You will provide strategic deal support and input to sales moving deals through the qualified pipeline, ensuring that sales targets aligned with the market opportunity

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $202,560.00 - $340,310.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
