JPMorgan Chase US Wealth Management - East Regional Business Manager - Vice President in New York, New York

As a Regional Business Manager in the Field Finance & Business Management team, you will provide dedicated support to two Regional Directors within a division. You will reinforce the firm's business model for generating customer value and help to drive financial and non-financial results. In this role, you will be part of a team that directly supports the Chase Wealth Management Chief Executive Officer and the field organization of approximately 4,000 advisors while closely partnering with the field leadership team comprised of four Divisional Directors of Wealth (East, Central South, Midwest and West) and 25 Regional Directors of Wealth to provide financial reporting & analysis and act as a finance partner in managing the business day-to-day.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in our New York, NY offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Wealth Management Regional Directors, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive results

  • Provide strategic analytical and business management support for the Chase Wealth Management business in collaboration with the Field Finance & Business Management team,

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the region's performance from an analytical lens

  • Leverage a deep understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate, assess and help execute the long-term goals and priorities of the field leadership team

  • Maintain budget and forecast for field headcount and expense; help drive expense management in the field

  • Perform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goals

  • Prepare business review materials on a quarterly basis

  • Optimize 'bottom line' performance by creating and analyzing performance tracking and reporting

  • Contribute to national initiatives by providing relevant feedback and implementation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics or strategy

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activities

  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organization

  • Strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time

  • Business savvy and commercial judgment

  • Some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Field management experience

  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and/or Microsoft Access
