About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Transformational Business Consultant to join our CIB Transformation team within Corporate and Investment Banking. Wells Fargo has set an ambitious transformational agenda.
As a CIB Transformation Team, you will work directly for the Transformation lead and will play an integral role in helping to drive the overall strategic direction of the business.
In this role, you will:
Provide integration of all program elements and management of inter-dependencies
Manage, track and report on impact metrics
Provide transparency and status for Executive Leadership
Evaluate and track approach, speed, and level of impact for each transformation component being executed within CIB and support acceleration / changes
Identify and manage risks, remediate issues and correct high priority areas of concern
Manage and develop a team responsible for directly supporting your role that will align with various transformation efforts
Integrate with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells Fargo
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership
Partner closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Services
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Strategy and Planning

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking or Capital Markets
Experience at a Big 4 or other Management Consulting Top Tier Firm
Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Investment Banking, or Markets Sales and Trading Strategy development
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic initiatives
Experience in supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large bank with the ability to drive change in a consistent and well aligned manner
Experience developing and maintaining exceptional partnerships with internal and external clients
Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
Excellent communication skills along with highly proficient technical skills in MS Office
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
