Wolters Kluwer United States, Inc. seeks Technology Project and Program Manager IV in New York, NY. 1.Manage Unified Application Roadmaps for $1.6 B/yr of products, combining product enhancements, tech debt, compliance, and other initiatives into multi-year product views.2.Consolidate and negotiate the slotting of dozens of multi-million dollar initiatives between Health business units and GBS functions.3.Perform level 1 thru 5 process mapping and AI-Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize the data flow and operating hand-offs across Health Back-Office systems including Financials and CRM.4.Manage Projects with change management including, both waterfall and agile techniques to solicit and document functional and technical requirements, followed by overseeing technical implementation.5.Consolidate, cleanse, and master data to map Product attributes including SKU, name, and revenue to technical assets/configuration including Hosting, DR, and security posture.6.Build and generate real-time KPIs/metrics that measure value and customer experience, including project and service delivery success including Cost, Time, and Quality.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of global shared services related experience. Additionally, position requires any amount of experience with each of the following:•Visio in Microsoft Office 365 and workflow design.•UI Path Pro RPA and workflow automation.•PowerBI Pro and dashboarding and analytics.•Atlassian Enterprise including Jira and Confluence and requirements and knowledge management.•Service-Now ITIL user / service management ticketing and reporting.Telecommuting permitted.$155,542 - $255,400 per year.
