Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience managing technical programs and projects from inception to completion.

  • Experience building and delivering infrastructure solutions in an engineering environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with data or data management.

  • Experience with process engineering.

  • Experience with compliance/regulatory standards related to user consent.

  • Ability to perform technical work while driving technical discussions with Engineering leads.

  • Ability to be influential on an integrated team of technical and non-technical members.

  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects and will plan requirements with internal customers and support projects through the project life-cycle. You will manage projects of various size and scope, identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical directions of programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead multiple cross-functional, cross-organization programs that ensures managed user data complies with existing and emergent regulatory priorities.

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure a positive user data infrastructure by meeting next generation policy and performance thresholds.

  • Find opportunities to demonstrate operational knowledge and provide programmatic support to the team through OKR planning, prioritization, and allocation.
