The Support Engineer (multiple positions) at MPG Operations LLC in New York, New York will ensure the software production environment is stable, resilient, and new application features are delivered in a timely fashion. Build and support new software applications and solutions as a part of a global technology team using the latest technologies. Work closely with business users and analysts to identify business challenges for the development of software solutions and devops capabilities. Utilize JIRA to coordinate development project deliverables. Participate in scrum meetings to align with business partners on development and deployment progress and milestones. Implement devops CI/CD solutions to facilitate software delivery best practices. Monitor and analyze data across software deployments to extract intelligence on system failures and build smart and failsafe systems. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain various software solutions. Perform data analysis and optimizations for deployed solutions. Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform technology, Python programming, and Git version control to develop solutions. Salary: $169,229 to $175,000 per year. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years in an enterprise applications management occupation, or related. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years in an enterprise applications management occupation, or related.
