The ideal candidate will have experience in various HR functions and be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Hours are Monday-Tuesday 9AM to 5PM and Thursday-Friday 9AM to 4PM

The staff generalist supports the Human Resources team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions.
The successful candidate enjoys collaborating across departments on projects and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. human resources administration
maintain employee records and ensure all paperwork is properly filed and up-to-date
process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
maintain company directory and other organizational charts
maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review
complete employment verification
recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and processing paperwork
oversee and develop training schedules and presentations
oversee new hire feedback surveys
complete exit interviews
processing final paperwork
manage the E-Verify program
benefits and compensation
support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
assist in administering compensation programs and conducting salary surveys
HR projects and initiatives
participate in policy development and revisions to enhance HR processes and practices
develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures
support different audits
assist the HR team with other ad hoc projects and daily tasks as required
Management reserves the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet organizational needs as necessary. who you are
USD 31 to USD 35, maximum of 29 hours per week
bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
benefits administration and compensation management experience
two plus years of HR experience with an emphasis on coordinating projects
ability to adapt to an evolving environment and handle multiple high-volume priorities
excellent time management and organizational skills
ability to manage data with confidentiality
advanced in Microsoft Office and Excel
ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
able to work well independently with limited supervision
