Amazon’s Advertising Publisher Monetization Stores team seeks a Technical Program Manager to help build services that drive

Advertising Monetization. This team is tasked with maximizing the long term value that Amazon creates across its

Display Advertising Business. You will help create products that manage the inventory and pricing for both onsite and 3rd party publishers and build insights to drive performance.

With ownership of both traditional guaranteed display and network based demand channels, the team will work with a

broad stakeholder group across advertisers, sales, ad programs, and supply owners.

You will work together with partner engineering

teams, sales, and finance specialists to identify and execute on the most promising opportunities. We will take your knowledge and experience and challenge you to innovate on our platform to create the next generation of advertising products and services. Behind the scenes we work with big data, new technologies, and partners to understand customer behavior and meet business objectives. We operate at high scale and low latency with ever growing demands on our systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
