The Opportunity

Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We have built a product creatives recognize and admire through constant innovation and incredible attention to detail.

Frame.io's Production Technology team is seeking a Senior Production Support Specialist to support our customers with production applications of Frame.io. This role will use their experience with and knowledge of production technology and workflow to work with the broader Innovation team, the Support team, and the Go To Market team to support, onboard, and educate Frame.io and Adobe's customers.

What you'll Do

  • They will work with the rest of the Production Technology team to prepare high-level customers for Frame.io enabled workflows, including demos, training, testing, prep, support, and setup

  • Provide white-glove support experiences throughout the customer's production process, including on site and in-person sessions

  • Interact with all levels of the customer's production and post-production organization to ensure all team members have sufficient training to be successful with the product

  • Represent and champion your customer's needs within Frame.io and Adobe and make sure those needs are met

  • Be the go-to resource for our customers as a source of objective industry insight

  • Manage and maintain department inventory of internal production equipment and specialty loaner hardware (this may require frequent visits to an Adobe facility)

What you need to succeed

  • Working knowledge of a full range of production technologies and equipment used in production both in studio and field environments

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently

  • Ability to lift at least 75lbs

  • Knowledgeable of technical troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

  • Ability to travel as needed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $88,300 -- $190,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
