Our client, a renowned leader in the cosmetics industry, is seeking an exceptional Senior Accounting Manager to join their elite team. What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving financial accuracy and compliance, ensuring all reporting meets both legal and company standards. You’ll take charge of generating cash flow analytics, enhancing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, FP& A, Operations Finance, Tax and Legal. Your technical expertise will ensure a seamless financial close, coordination with the consolidation team, and alignment with external auditors.

This role also demands staying ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest accounting trends and pronouncements (SEC, FASB, PCAOB) while mastering core areas such as Revenue Recognition, Lease Accounting, Pension Accounting, Share-Based Compensation, Intangibles, and Goodwill.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

  • CPA certification required.

  • A Big 4 public accounting background is highly preferred.

  • Previous experience with large, global companies and expertise in GAAP.
