Role Overview:

As part on the NextGen HCM product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Human Resources solutions that are easy, smart, and human-centric. The Senior Director of Product Management for Talent Solutions will be responsible for developing a strategic vision and roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with executives and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Global Talent Solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in talent management.

  • Define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with product strategy.

  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners and clients to align on strategic priorities.

  • Represent ADP at industry events, conferences and client events to help promote our strategic initiatives and drive growth.

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking and continues development.

  • Champion a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision making, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.

  • Ensure the Talent Solutions system configurations are flexible and scalable to meet diverse customer needs.

  • Ensure the Talent Solutions are fully integrated into the broader HR eco system.

  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues or concerns.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience in the HR technology domain.

  • Strong understanding and experience with Talent Solutions Products including: Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning and Compensation planning.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.

  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that genuinely improve their lives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $122,400.00 - $328,140.00 / Year
