Meta Solutions Architect in New York, New York

Summary:

Our team is looking for a high performing Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset to join Business Engineering, a global client-facing engineering organization. As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of the advertising and messaging industry by enabling clients and partners to realize the full potential of Meta's solutions and even defining new solutions. This role will allow you to apply your problem-solving skills to achieve real-world results on a global scale. You will leverage your deep understanding of our products to unlock business value for our partners in the region, working closely with the Business Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to enhance the overall product experience. Additionally, you will drive various initiatives to scale solutions and make them easier to adopt, including representing Meta at industry events, conferences, and other community gatherings.You will also collaborate with the Strategic Partner Manager teams to deliver customized technical presentations and product demonstrations to partners. You will identify key product architecture components and propose and help partners build solutions that unblock integrations. Additionally, you will act as a conduit between product engineering and partners, influencing the product roadmap by identifying and informing on regional insights, challenges, and strategic opportunities, helping Meta to think local while building a global product.The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, product, and business skills, as well as a passion for making our partners successful.

Required Skills:

Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta’s ads and messaging technology solutions for our most strategic clients and partners

  2. Address complex client/partner issues, explore problems from various angles to discover new solutions with a “hands-on” approach

  3. Guide our clients and partners to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details of Meta's advertising and messaging products

  4. Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends

  5. Participate in industry conferences and present to executive-level audiences

  6. Basic comfort running data queries and building analytic dashboards

  7. Understanding of API specifications and ability to troubleshoot scripting experience

  8. Contribute to the creation of top-notch documentation, tools, concepts and processes in a specific field, while developing solutions and resolving common problems for Meta and our Customers / Partners

  9. Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time (Domestic & International)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer

  2. 2+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development or troubleshooting

  3. B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience

  4. Effective communication skills including experience to technical and business audiences at all levels with prospects, clients or partners.

  5. Experience with delivering technical concepts to a C-level audience.

  6. Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack

  7. Proven experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends

  1. Experience building or deploying large integration projects

  2. Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)

  3. Technical understanding of Meta advertising products and APIs

  4. Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing API’s

Public Compensation:

$128,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
