1)Identify client’s needs and requirements and conduct feasibility studies;2)Study and analyze systems needs; perform systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering;3)Advise clients to choose the right technology and implementation strategy to meet the project’s goal;4)Implement and enhance financial regulatory compliance for banking market systems, ensure adherence to international financial regulations;5)Review project plan’s technical requirements, feasibility, costs, schedule, and risks;6)Confer with project team to identify and resolve problems;7)Assess current and future customer needs and priorities;8)Monitor and track project milestones and deliverable;9)Coordinate with client/vendor/internal, issue resolution;10)Establish short/medium/long-term relationship, maintaining existing contractRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any related engineering and three years of experience as Financial IT Consultant including securities systems development, implementation, integration, and enhancement.
