What you will be doing:

• Experience working in automation tools / orchestration tools - Resolve, Ansible, Chef, UI Path etc.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mentor the technical and industry knowledge and expertise to other resources in the team.
  Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
  Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
• Knowledge in AI and Machine Learning is a plus but not mandatory.

What you bring:

• Experience working in Automation Projects/Initiatives resulting in improved system reliability, stability and reduction in maintenance cost for the Organization.
• Hands-on experience and strong in windows Powershell, Unix Shell Scripting, Perl / Python Programming knowledge.
• Hands-on experience Java/J2EE and other frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, BootStrap Programming knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in Apache Groovy scripting language.
• Exposure to Automation Tools like Resolve, UIPath etc.
• SQL Server Database (MS SQL / Oracle) - experience in writing DML and DDLs.
• Working experience in HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS.
• Working knowledge in Apache Tomcat or any other web/application servers like Websphere, JBoss.
• Good knowledge in Network concepts, Firewall, Load balancers.
• Knowledge in automation dashboard creation tools.
• Knowledge in IT Service Management process.
• Knowledge in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy.
• Passion to work in Automation and IT Service Management.
• Exposure to ITIL - Change and Incident Management process.
• Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting using Tools like Nagios, Splunk, Tivoli
