Marsh & McLennan Sentrisk Sales Operations Manager in New York, New York

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sentrisk team at Marsh. This role will be based in NYC. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Sentrisk, an innovative platform developed by Marsh McLennan, is set to transform the landscape of supply chain risk management for organizations worldwide. Powered by AI, the platform helps clients turn their supply chain risk exposures into business opportunities through best-in-market data capabilities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout and successful scaling of the Sentrisk platform. This position requires a strategic thinker who will support all go-to-market activities including tracking and reporting on platform performance (maintain the P&L, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics), partnering with our brokerage and advisory teams to support all go-to-market needs, including creating new marketing and sales materials, understanding the competitive landscape, and creating and developing management updates.We will count on you to: Maintain the product Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for the Sentrisk platform.Establish, track, and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with the brokerage and advisory business teams to understand market needs and support go-to-market strategies.Create compelling marketing and sales materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the Sentrisk platform.Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and strategy.Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.Facilitate communication and collaborate between teams to drive product adaption and customer satisfaction.Regularly analyze product performance data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement.What you need to have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage space, with a focus on business development/go-to-market strategy.Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and a competitive landscape.Proven experience in financial analysis, including P&L management, OKR's and KPI's.Excellent communication on presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing and sales materials.What makes you stand out: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.Why join our team: New and growing business group that will allow you to partner with senior leaders and collaborate with a variety of stakeholdersWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communitiesMarsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world's top insurance broker and risk advisor. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,900 to $197,800.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
